Spring Checkup

Spring is the perfect time of year to check your home and it’s most important systems.

  • Walk around your home and check the foundation, walls, floors, concrete and masonry for cracks or holes and check your basement, crawl spaces, attic and ceilings for any moisture leaks.
  • Check your sprinkler system and test to see if it’s working correctly.
  • Have your cooling system checked before you plan on using it. This will help you get ahead of any problems before summer.
  • Change the batteries in all of your smoke alarms, and review the locations of all the gas and water shut-off valves with everyone in the house.
